I offer individual and couples online therapy for adults aged 18 and above. My approach integrates various evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Often one or two approaches may be integrated together, depending on your goals.
During our therapy sessions, which are conducted through secure video calls, we will have dedicated 50-minute sessions. Please note that I have limited availability for online clients, as I believe in providing focused and personalized care. Our ongoing sessions will be centered around your specific goals, informed by a thoughtful formulation and treatment plan. To ensure we stay on track, we will conduct regular progress reviews.
