Prioritising your mental and physical health means that sometimes you require further external support. I am here to support you as you gain self-awareness, and develop healthier coping mechanisms around behaviours which have been negatively impacting your life. You may be feeling stressed, or in pain, low, helpless, or anxious. Together we can create a plan to support your needs and reach your goals.

Drawing from my experience, I can support you as you explore unhealthy behaviours through individualised interventions, which impact you physically and psychologically. 

Taking that first step can be frightening, feeling afraid of what to expect, and how to achieve what you want. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions and it is a joint effort to find strategies which best suit your needs.
